Arienne Wesley

Arienne Wesley has always had a deep sensitivity towards nature and animals. She honors and explores this connection in her visual art, specifically the conviction that all creatures great and small have a soul.  Working with ink on birch panels she creates portraitures of wild creatures: birds, mammals, insects and bees – with an eye to capturing that spark of individuality within. Arienne’s work is an invitation to be reflective about what connects us with living creatures rather than what separates us.
